Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating yoga session. We focus on mental clarity & flexibility. You will leave feeling relaxed and balanced. Please bring your own mat & towel if you have one as a limited amount of spare mats are available on the day. Group classes with friends can also be arranged too.
